Terms and Conditions

1. Assumption of Risks

The participant recognizes that playing soccer—and especially the goalkeeper position—involves inherent risks that may include physical injuries such as impacts, sprains, fractures, contusions, muscle injuries, or accidents resulting from athletic activity.

By enrolling, the participant voluntarily accepts these risks and participates under their own responsibility.

2. Release of Liability

The participant releases and holds harmless Arkero Academy, its coaches, representatives, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, or physical or material damages that may occur while traveling to sessions, participating in them, or returning afterward.

This release applies to both group and personalized sessions, in any facility or location used by Arkero Academy.

3. Participation of Minors

If the participant is a minor, the parent or legal guardian completing the enrollment:

• Accepts these terms on behalf of the minor.
• Acknowledges the inherent risks of athletic activity.
• Releases Arkero Academy from any responsibility, claim, or demand related to injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the minor’s participation.
• Confirms that the minor is authorized to participate in the program’s athletic activities.

4. Personal Responsibility

The participant (or their legal guardian, in the case of minors):

• Agrees to communicate any relevant medical condition prior to participating.
• Accepts responsibility for their own physical well‑being during sessions.
• Acknowledges that Arkero Academy is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

5. Final Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box during the enrollment process, the participant confirms that they:

• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
• Voluntarily agree to participate under these conditions.
• Waive any future claims against Arkero Academy related to injuries or incidents arising from athletic activity.
